You affirm that if you share or distribute your login that you understand your account will be suspended and not refunds or credits will be given. You understand that all sales are final. We agree to provide at least 99% uptime and if the site should be down for more than 1 hour in 24 hours all current users will be granted another day on the end of their subscription free of charge. You understand that we track all login IPs and that we reserve the right to block any IPs found to come from other ISPs other than the one originally used to subscribe and we have a fair policy on removing blocked IP should a IP become blocked when it shouldn't have been. We do not warrant your ability to view our videos or images, we have provided links to provide help should you be unable to play movies but aside from that we do not provide additional support. By subscribing you agree you have read, understand, and are now bound by these terms. We reserve the right to place a ECheck paid account on Hold until the check clears for ANY reason, when the check clears we will credit the account for the amount of time that it was on hold, this is to prevent fraud.
